About Me

I created this blog to hold space for those who are still finding their way, still learning how to overcome the chaos, and still figuring out how to breathe through the hardest days.

My name is Kristen Castleberry. I’m a wife, a mother of three, and a woman who has walked through storms and come out softer, wiser, and stronger. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration and Policy Analysis, blending my passion for advocacy with personal, professional, and academic growth. This space reflects my journey of healing, growth, grace, and truth.

I believe in honoring where you are right now while holding space for where you’re going. Whether you’re here to feel seen, find strength, or simply to know you’re not alone… you are welcomed here.

This is a space for gentle reminders and the kind of honesty that frees us and allows us to grow with grace.
